One rainy afternoon ........ by Laurel Featherston-Veit

Lavish Your Soul ... a lifestyle of
simplicity . grace . LOVE
For the past 2 years my husband Tim & I have been
designing & building our dream home ...
a beautiful-laborious journey ~ or as we say,
"the house that God built."
So for the last few months we have been busily unpacking,
finding the perfect resting place for our treasures,
hosting visitors & just trying to settle ourselves & our
curious four-legged girls in ...
One rainy Saturday afternoon, with the fog residing low,
shading our view of the Las Vegas strip,
our friends Jock & Dana
stopped by with bags of groceries in hand.
My beautiful friend Dana has many talents ...
my two favorites ~ her big heart that loves others well,
and, her incredible ability to make anything taste
absolutely wonderful thanks to both a natural talent &
a bit of professional training!
~ On the menu ~
Tofu & garlic green beans ...
Sweet & Sour veggies ...
....and one very happy husband!
Lavish someone's heart & soul one rainy, or
sun-filled afternoon ...
whether you arrive toting a bag full of groceries
or a housewarming gift ~ it matters not ...
just be present & let love be your motivation!
Our beloved friends, Jock & Dana

Yes, there is nothing like being together with our Kingdom Family🙏🏽
Laurel, I understand why you’d choose that spot to build your home. The view is absolutely stunning. I’m so happy that you and Tim are finally living there and getting the final finishing touches done. May both of you live a joyful and blessed life there for many years.
