A FEW HELPFUL DETAILS

How to inquire
& FAQ

Every season brings a different kind of beauty. Here is what to know before expressing your interest.

Inspired by the season

Our creations follow the flowers available and the quantity recovered. Each workshop has its own lovely possibilities.

How do we inquire?

Use the ‘Submit a workshop inquiry’ button below to email us your organization’s name, a contact person and phone number, workshop address, estimated group size, and a little about your mission. An inquiry places your organization in consideration; it does not reserve a workshop.

How are nonprofits selected?

Organizations are selected at random from the inquiries received. If your inquiry is chosen, we will call you at the beginning of the quarter to arrange a workshop for the upcoming season.

Can we choose our date?

If selected, we will work with you by phone to find a date that fits our availability. Workshops are held Monday–Friday, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and take a seasonal break in June, July, August, and December.

How many guests can participate?

We recommend a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 participants, depending on the floral creation. We will confirm the best group size when planning your workshop.

Why do you use dried flowers, and can we request specific varieties?

The fresh flowers we recover are typically nearing the end of their vase life. We carefully sort, break down, and preserve suitable blooms as dried florals, giving their beauty a thoughtful next chapter. We do not donate fresh flowers or use them in our workshops, as they may fade and begin to decompose within a day or two. We want to share beauty you can enjoy beyond the moment. Flower varieties and quantities depend on what we receive each week, so specific blooms cannot be guaranteed.

What will we create?

Each workshop follows the flowers. Floral creations depend on the varieties in season and the quantity of suitable flowers we recover. We will share what is possible when we arrange your workshop.

What if we are out of state or more than 50 miles away?

We’re dreaming up a little beauty to send your way. Workshop kits with a step-by-step video are in the works, so your organization can host its own sweet gathering. We’ll announce when they’re ready!

Is there a cancellation list?

Your organization remains eligible for our cancellation list throughout the season. If a workshop opens up, we will randomly select another organization to fill the vacancy.

How much does a workshop cost?

Workshops, including floral materials and supplies, are provided at no cost to your nonprofit. A $50 travel fee applies to locations more than 20 miles away, with a maximum travel distance of 50 miles.

Seasonal pause: June, July, August & December.
